We started where most rental businesses do — with a single home, a tenant, and a notebook full of receipts.

We began our property investment journey in 2014. Today we run a letting operation of our own across West Yorkshire and the North East, and we manage properties for other landlords along the way. We've worked through every awkward corner of UK rentals: deposit schemes, gas safety cycles, EICRs, EPCs, Section 21 notices. Our damp & mould process is already aligned with Awaab's Law, which extends to the private rented sector in October 2026.

We tried the existing property platforms. None fit. They were either built for accountants who love spreadsheets or for corporate landlords with full-time admin teams. Nothing suited the family growing their portfolio slowly, or the manager juggling dozens of tenancies on a phone.

So we built the operation — and the tools — we wanted to use. Inspections that produce real photos and meter readings, not tick-boxes. A clear guide for tenants so nobody has to phone us about the fuse box. Rent visibility without spreadsheets. Maintenance jobs with a clear owner.
